Do you want to see the Bible translated into every language around the world by 2025? That’s our vision. And we need native speakers of Arabic, Persian, and Urdu to help accomplish our goal.
Gateway languages are critical to achieving our vision. These are the languages of wider communication in regions of the world. We are working to create translation tools and resources in these gateway languages that will be used by national Bible translators and local churches as they work to translate God’s Word into their own heart languages.
Wycliffe Associates is seeking speakers of Arabic, Persian, or Urdu to join our team to translate tools and resources from English into these languages. If Arabic, Persian, or Urdu is your native tongue or a language in which you are fluent, then please consider this exciting opportunity to make an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom. You can help us from home; all you need is Internet access! Please be willing to participate in a creative commons environment—not requesting any copyright or control over your translations—so that the tools created can be freely distributed to help further Bible Translation around the world.
We will provide you with the necessary training and the methods needed to accomplish the tasks. Anyone with a humble heart who is willing to work with a team can help us accomplish this goal.
