My bone marrow biopsy results are inconclusive for diagnosis. On a positive note, there are no signs of cancer. Another positive – I am allowed to remain at home.
My white blood cells remain seriously low and have decreased slightly in the past week. Possible causes of this issue are autoimmune issues or an infection. I have more tests and at some point a consult with a rheumatologist…to help pinpoint the root of the issue. At this point it is a process of elimination. The doctor is puzzled, but he assures us we will find answers and he likes puzzles.
Please keep me on the prayer list: for patience, strength, to keep healthy from illness, and that God will draw near.
To God be all the Glory,
Becky
Becky, you are always in my prayers and I have added your you to our prayer chain at Church. Happy to hear there are no signs of cancer. Hope they can find out what it is soon , and can start treatment. Please keep Kim in your prayers too. She is going through similar situation, her liver count is very high and they can’t figure out why. She has an appointment in April for a liver specialist. Right now they are testing her for celiac. Take care, and I will pray for patience, strength. He is our God and in him we put our trust. Love you! Aunt Ellen
Praying for Kim and a quick diagnosis, plus the upcoming wedding. Thanks for your prayers!
Praying that you will know the ‘peace that passes all understanding’ when you don’t have the medical answers. Praying for wisdom for your doctor too, and clarity as he reviews your tests, etc. You are safe in HIS hands. He loves you with an everlasting love. Will continue praying for you………
Hi Becky, How are you feeling, any updates? I pray you are feeling better and get some answers soon. Kim’s liver count has come back to a normal count. Dr believes she had a viral infection but still wants her to have a couple other tests done. Take care and will keep you in my prayers
